VARIATION I
(with pork fillet)

1. New Year's salad
Salad with roasted red pepper, home-made goat cheese mousse, typhoid, quail egg, iceberg salad, red tomatoes,
crispy bruschetta with terrine from goose liver.

ain dish - ROAST PORK.
Juicy pork served on slices, flavored with sweet red pepper stuffed with and cheddar cheese a vegetables with a garnish of potatoes, crispy cauliflower and sprigs of fresh thyme.
