1. Festive salad.
(Roasted, marinated pepper, red tomatoes, olives, köpoolu, thinly sliced, here dried pork neck, crispy cornbread with homemade spicy sour cream and chili.)

(Kaiser pork loin, beef sujuk and lamb sujuk.)

3. Main course - Pork fillet with porcini.
(Juicy pork fillet, rolled in Balkan spices, spiked with aromatic cheese, baked in our brick oven, served on a bed of aromatic forest porcini, fried potatoes and sprigs of fresh thyme)

(Veal tenderloin aged in old mountain herbs, baked in our embers, served on a bed of wild rice, rosemary sprigs and pepper sauce topping.)
