VARIATION I  (with pork fillet) - BGN 188

1. Festive salad.
(Salad with roasted pepper, red tomatoes, a piece of buffalo cheese, crispy cornbread with homemade sour cream, olives, köpoolu and hot pepper)

2. Appetizer.
(Lamb sujuk, dried pork loin rolled in red pepper, veal sujuk and sheep's cheese)

3. Main course - Roast pork fillet with hazelnut crust.
(Juicy pork fillet, rolled in Balkan spices, spiked with smoked pork breasts, baked in our brick oven, served on  aromatic mushrooms, fried potatoes and sprigs of fresh thyme)

4. Freshly baked bread in the oven.

5. Walnut cake.
(with fine milk cream, caramelized walnuts and homemade special pumpkin jam (rachel) according to an old recipe)

(Salad with roasted pepper, red tomatoes, a piece of buffalo cheese, crispy cornbread with homemade sour cream, olives, köpoolu and hot pepper)

(Lamb sujuk, dried pork loin rolled in red pepper, veal sujuk and sheep's cheese)

3. Main course - Juicy beef medallions according to a recipe from Govedartsi town
(Herb aged veal roasted in our embers served on a bed of wild rice, rosemary sprigs and pepper sauce topping)

4. Freshly baked bread in the oven.
