Special proposal

'Blazno i postno' - this is an initiative of the team of the restaurant that suggest to you very old traditional recipes from Bulgaria.

'Blazno i postno' - this is an initiative of the team of the restaurant with Chef Milen Todorov that suggests to you old traditional recipes from Bulgaria. We are trying to keep the traditions live in the dynamic and modern world is very easy to loose.

'Blazno' means that in the meal there is some type of meat, as well as 'Postno' means meal without meat.

We start it from 25-th of January 2016 and periodically we will publish recipes from old books. Suggested recipes could be tasted during the period pointed in the web site. Come and try it.
