Tas kebap with pork meat
Pork meat is cut into pieces, salted and fried together with previosly cooked onion with paprika. Then add tomatoe sauce, water and spices and cooked while meat soften. Served with boiled white rice.
With these dish we continue the initiative "Blazno and postno" that presents old traditional Bulgarian recipes.
