You could try these special dishes from February 7, 2018 at the restaurant Hadjidraganovite izbi. With these dishes we continue the initiative "Blazno and Postno" that presents old traditional Bulgarian recipes.

Balls from nettle with spelt and sheep s yogurt

Well cooked spelt mixed with nettle, boiled potatoes, eggs and spices.
The mixture is shaped into balls and then rolled in flour and then fried.
Served with sheep s yougurt.

You can try it from February 7, 2018.
